Main duties:
Support customers and franchisees with their enquiries
The Role:
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Manage and process franchisee orders
- Prepare export documents
- Support the marketing team with translations
- Admin duties as and when required
The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) Essential
- Previous customer service or office admin experience
- Motivated candidate with strong aspirations to progress
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
