Title: GERMAN Customer Care Administrator
Team Order Management
Location : The West End of London (Euston area)
Work style: Temp role with a view to permanent. Hybrid after 3 months. Fully office-based during probation period of 3 months (After probation just 3 days office/2 days wfh)
Contract type: Contract to Permanent
Salary : £16.63 per hour + Holiday pay (equivalent to £32,000 per annum) + excellent benefits including free lunch in a Monday

Company Details: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing high end Scandinavian furniture brand that supplies retailers globally as well as having its own stores that sell direct to the public. The furniture is beautiful, functional and has clean lines in a very " Scandi" tradition and your role will be to look after German retailers in an after-sales capacity This is not a high pressure call centre but a position in which you will take your time to look after the customer carefully and thoughtfully. The team is close-knit and very warm.
The role:
Temp role and immediate start role with a view to permanent.
To provide a top-quality, caring and attentive, customer focused order processing ADMIN role for customers within the DACH region.
Order management (on SAP)

  • Confirm orders and delivery requests
  • Check that the order has been delivered and the customer is happy
  • Deal with queries
  • Liaise with the warehouse
  • Liaise with distributors to ensure that they have all the information they need to guarantee the best possible service to end consumers

B2B Customer care

  • Liaise with customers ( stores and retailers ) regarding delivery time scales
  • Confirm the order information, lead times, prices, products
  • Deal with any issues or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Help with any product information or technical queries regarding furniture items
  • Keep the customer updated via email or over the phone as to order status


  • Fluent German (native standard ideally)
  • 1-2 years previous customer care experience
  • Ideally knowledge of SAP and other ERP software is needed
