General Builder Carpenter

This well liked and successful Contractor is looking to take on a General Builder (with a strong carpenter / joinery bias) to complete remedials, adaptations and installations on small building projects - offices, small retail units plus residential properties (NOT social housing).

This is a permanent, full time role working for a fantastic company – very employee focused and fair.

This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled professional that wants the security of being on the books with a regular, secure income plus all the benefits that come with being an employee.  It's a mobile role with van and fuel card provided.

About you;

You will have demonstrable experience of the following and be qualified (or time served) accordingly;

• 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and joinery


• Basic bricklaying / patch brickwork


• Patch plastering


• Any additional fabric skills would be a bonus!

Offered in return;

• Up to £36k starting salary PLUS overtime PLUS travel


• Permanent full-time contract
