Our client, a well-established SaaS company specialising in employee management, payroll, budgeting, and HR platforms for businesses across the UK and EU, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. As they scale their operations and enhance internal processes, they are seeking an experienced developer to play a key role in shaping their technical landscape.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, ideally working with NestJS and Angular, and a strong understanding of AWS cloud services. You will work as part of a dynamic, agile environment, embedded in cross-functional 'squads' collaborating with Product, Development, Mobile, Design, and Testing teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. You will contribute to architectural decisions, enhance platform performance, and ensure best practices are adhered to in code quality, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS, and Angular.
Leverage AWS to optimise infrastructure, security, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Mobile, Design, Testing) in agile 'squads' to deliver high-quality features.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring consistent skill development across the team.
Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions.
Maintain code quality and implement best practices for testing, deployment, and continuous integration.
