Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Freelance Site Supervisor�for a Civil Engineering contractor to work on an ongoing project in Newcastle.

Duties Include:

• Assisting Manager (Site Agent) in delivery of schemes.


• Daily briefings with staff on site.


• Delivering HSE toolbox talks.


• Overseeing gangs on the ground in daily delivery of work.


• Monitoring H&S with audits.


• Assist with supply chain & sub-contractor management.


• Plant checks & permits for workforce.

Experience Required:

Must have:

• Experience working as a Supervisor on civil engineering & infrastructure projects.


• SMSTS/SSSTS, Temporary Works, Appointed Person, First Aid.


• Detailed experience with:�structures, kerbing, drainage�etc.

Remuneration:

A day rate of �250 to �300 per day is on offer for successful candidates
