Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Quantity Surveyor�to join our team. The ideal candidate�will be responsible for completing valuations and applications for payment across various construction projects. This role offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete valuations and applications for payment
Provide accurate cost analysis and financial advice on projects
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Perform risk and value management, and cost control
Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
Collaborate with senior quantity surveyor�to ensure project success and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Proven experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of valuation and payment processes
Location: Remote, with potential site visits
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
