As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Recruitment Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our franchise network.
Position Overview: As the Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the search, recruitment, and induction processes of new franchisees who align with our long-term business objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, Paralegal Manager and external marketing partners, you will contribute to the strategic growth and success of our franchise. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing network of branches to maximise their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and recruit new franchisees who align with the values and goals of our franchise.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential franchisees to ensure suitability for the long-term success of the business.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the Paralegal Manager to facilitate a seamless on-boarding and legal process for new franchisees.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and external marketing partners to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, brokers, and potential franchisees.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote us and identify potential business partners.
Support for Existing Franchise Network:
Provide ongoing support to existing franchisees, helping them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with internal teams to address franchisee needs and concerns.
Performance Analysis:
Analyse recruitment and franchise performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Regularly report on recruitment progress and key performance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in franchise recruitment or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the franchising industry, including legal and marketing aspects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across different departments.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets
