Fire Alarm Engineer

Fire Alarm Engineer required. Our client is a FIA and BAFE approved NSI Gold Fire & Security company that specialise in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarms. They are now looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer to join the team due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidates will be happy performing an installation and service-based role covering Fire alarm systems.
Fire Alarm Engineer Position Overview
Completing all new installations and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems to BAFE/NSI/BS standards according to design drawings and specifications.
Commission and Service fire alarm systems and associated products at client sites, and taking responsibility for the maintenance of these systems
Carrying out alterations (modifications) of existing fire alarms
Testing and Inspecting Fire Alarm Systems
Complete small and larger installations as part of a team or on your own
Servicing and diagnostic repairs to various fire alarm systems
Complete reactive and preventative maintenance.
Conducting Repairs
Fault Finding
RAMs - preparation of risk assessments and method statements
Ensuring inspection records are correctly recorded
Fire Alarm Engineer Position Requirements
2-3 years experience within a similar position advantageous
