Finance Director

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Finance Director. This is a part time role - around 30 hours per week . The Finance Director will receive a salary of up to £90,000 (Pro rata to 30 hours a week) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working.
This flexible role requires a commercial minded Finance Director.
Primary responsibilities;
As an Executive Director and member of the board, overall responsibility for finance function operations, including production of timely management accounts for Board and management meetings, interim and year end statements.
People management and their development responsibility for finance, IT and Reporting Teams.
The provision of financial analysis for business decision making and setting of financial policy around investment and commercial commitments in conjunction with the MD.
Produce creative financial models to facilitate commercial development and business improvement
Produce annual budget and quarterly variance analysis reports for board meetings with detail explanation of variance
Ensuring effective financial governance in terms of procedures, protocols and processes.
