Finance Assistant - eBilling

The Role: Uploading eBills into our eBilling portals All related administrative duties as instructed by direct line lead in order to successfully submit our bills. Obtaining appropriate authorisations prior to transaction processing; Data entry onto the finance system; Dealing with telephone and mailbox enquiries and queries; Providing general support and advice within the eBilling department Appropriate electronic filing of all documentation; Dealing with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department; Involvement in ad hoc projects What You Need to Succeed?
