The Role: Female Senior Support Worker
We are looking for a dedicated Female Settlement Support Worker to join our ONE TEAM Working approach, providing care and support to individuals living in their own apartments within our specialist services.

As a Settlement Support Worker, you will:
Provide personalised, therapeutic care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Foster independence, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Help develop individualised care plans, working closely with other professionals.
Take responsibility for medication management, health appointments, and ensuring all care and safety standards are met.
Complete accurate reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform.

What Were Looking For:
Female applicants only (in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
Experience as a support worker.
A passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support others.
A caring, empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

**The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
