Facilities Manager
Location: London, N1C 4DQ
Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent
ISS provides our client with an integrated facility management solution in London, taking accountability and responsibility for overall Facilities Management.
This includes Cleaning, Property Maintenance, Small Works (MAC and Projects), Front of House (Reception, Meeting Rooms), and Helpdesk services.
Job Description
As Facilities Manager, your role is to help ISS become the world’s greatest service organisation by delivering exceptional service performance and empowering our people to support our customers' purpose.
You will be responsible for the delivery of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services within the specified area, adhering to the key responsibilities outlined in the supplier contract agreement.
In this role, you will drive engagement and performance within your teams, promoting the ISS Way and ensuring that our services consistently exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for your work and actions to show you care
Demonstrate honesty to show respect to your colleagues, the client and your work
Ensure you show entrepreneurship by taking corrective action where necessary
Encourage a safer culture for everyone in the organisation in everything you do every time you do it
Total responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all service lines within your area of responsibility
Plan, implement and manage the delivery of services in line with the agreed scope of service level agreement (SLA) Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Graduate calibre (or appropriate experience track record) Professional qualifications / BIFM member
IOSH for Managers
Train the Trainer
Experience within an IFM Management arena
Strong customer and client focus – must have experience in customer facing Facilities Management environment
Supplier management – must have experience of managing suppliers in a similar type of environment
