Teaching Assistant (EYFS) - Full-Time, Long-Term Position

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Cheadle. The successful candidate will provide support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them thrive in their early education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting EYFS children in their day-to-day learning
• Delivering targeted interventions to help improve progress
• Leading small group sessions to support learning and development
• Working collaboratively with the class teacher and other staff members
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children, particularly in an EYFS setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting children's learning
• Ability to deliver interventions and lead small group activities
