A client school in the Fallowfield area of Manchester (M14) are seeking a Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a full time basis starting in September #####. This ‘GOOD’, three form entry primary school is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant. The post is due to run for the full academic year with the chance to go on to a school based contract for the right person.
The head teacher is dedicated to raising attainment across the school and has an enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will encourage a positive learning environment for both pupils and colleagues. This Central Manchester primary school has high levels of EAL so a teaching assistant who has experience supporting children with English as an additional language would be highly beneficial to the school and its children.
The ideal candidate will,
Have prior experience assisting in the EYFS
Be comfortable supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
Will have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
In return, the successful applicant will have the chance to work in a ‘GOOD’ primary school alongside dedicated EYFS practitioners. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
