Experienced School HR Advisor

We are seeking an Experienced School HR Advisor for a secondary school located in Lewisham. This is a full time and permanent role.

Salary: S21 S42 - £33,937 - £36,595 per annum
Must have:
Experience of working in an Educational Institution
Qualified to Level 3 CPD or above
Experienced and knowledge of payroll processes

Working hours:
35 hours per week
term time only + 3 weeks
(42 weeks per year in total)

Qualifications/Training (Essential)
The successful candidate should have :
Education to a least a Level 3 Diploma and/or experience in a similar role.
Hold or working towards a HR qualification: -
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Level 3 qualification or above
Human Resources Undergraduate Degree and/or Master's Equivalent
Experience of using a wide range of ICT software, information systems in an administrative environment. Effective use of specialist ICT packages.
Excellent numeracy/literacy skills to at least Level 3 or equivalent experience.
