EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – TO HEAD OF MARKETING & SUPPORTING THE MARKETING TEAM (FINANCIAL SERVICES BUSINESS

HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE)
Exciting newly created opportunity to join a growing Financial Services business as the Executive Assistant to support their marketing team. Experience working as a PA or EA or Administrator supporting a Marketing Team or Head of Marketing is essential, gained in a corporate environment. Ideally to include some experience in a Financial Services or Professional Services environment
The role will be a mix of general administration as well as supporting the Head of Marketing and wider Marketing team on a range of Marketing activities
You’ll be responsible for leading on the reporting and analysis initiatives, becoming the company's data guru. You will provide the team with insightful dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations to fuel growth and optimise marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary management including managing podcast recordings, events etc
Managing CRM data including contact list management for events and CRM updates
Managing webinar invites
Prepping website assets – recolouring logos for use on our site (or liaising with our designers to do so)
Reviewing Powerpoint decks and other collateral, updating where necessary in line with brand guidelines
Managing merchandise orders for events
Designing social assets – using Canva to draft basic visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram
Proofreading – reviewing all marketing collateral, emails, PRs/articles etc
Socials – occasional support drafting copy for social posts
Awards – building a calendar of awards/speaking opportunities, coordinating entries, sourcing content, and liaising with regional teams
Experience and skills required
You should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Head of Marketing’s behalf.
Experience working as an Executive assistant/PA or Marketing Team Administrator-with experience supporting a Head of Marketing and/or a Marketing team is essential
Experience working with CRM systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ideally you will have experience of proof reading marketing collateral
Basic experience in using Canva for social media would be helpful
