Job Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including health and safety compliance, facilities management, diary organisation, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

Key Responsibilities:

Health and Safety:

* Ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain up-to-date safety records.

* Liaise with external providers to organise health and safety training sessions.

Facilities Management:

* Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.

* Manage office resources efficiently, including equipment and space allocation.

Diary Management:

* Organise and maintain senior leadership calendars, ensuring effective time management.

* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare agendas and provide relevant briefing materials for scheduled events.

Event Planning and Coordination:

* Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations.

* Manage budgets and logistics for events, ensuring all details align with company goals.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

* Background in facilities management

Please be aware that simply having experience as a PA/EA will not suffice for this role; it is essential to show that you meet the other key requirements as well
