Our client have a central London HQ and represent one of the worlds most iconic luxury brands 




  • Location: Central London, SW1

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (remote working one day per week). Flexibility required to work additional hours outside the normal working hours and during the weekend as necessary when needed for events

  • Summary



Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this important role is responsible for the management of all UK based events. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Events Co-ordinator will also attend and host key events, where required.



Key Responsibilities




  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Events Co-Ordinator  creates, develops and implements all event strategic guidelines for our client a global high profile luxury brand.

  • Key day-to-day contact for all events, including Authorised Retailer Network, Global Head Office , internal stakeholders as well as suppliers.

  • Ensures smooth management of all events including Co-op/Retailer-led events, Sponsorship/managed events and Private Events with VIP clients and press.

  • Manages and maintains all master event schedules (Co-op, Sponsorship and Private Events).

  • Overseeing the full logistics schedule providing visibility and details of all events activity.



Key Candidate Requirements




  • 3+ years’ experience at managerial level in a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification.

  • A solid background in Events Management (luxury experience is desirable).

  • Proven experience of managing defined budgets to execute strategic objectives.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task.

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to engage a broad range of people and personalities.

  • Professionally presented with a high standard of spoken and written English.

  • IT proficient, particularly Excel, database management and mail merge.
