Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator�- Scope:

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales in your area.


• You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.


• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator�- Key objectives:

• Sales of residential properties


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator�- Remuneration:

• �20,000+ Basic Salary, commensurate with experience


• Company Car or �2,000 per annum car allowance


• �30,000+ On Target Earnings
