ESG Funds, Senior Legal Counsel, 7+

Our client is an alternative asset manager looking to appoint an experienced private equity funds lawyer to join its legal team in London.In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including:product design/fund structuring and launches (including blind pool funds, single asset funds, managed accounts, co-investments, direct investments) of illiquid funds;fund raising activities; andnegotiating with a range of professional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension schemes, insurance schemes, family offices, high net worth individuals).You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally already made the move In-House to an infrastructure or private equity fund and have a minimum of 7 years' PQE advising on sustainability infrastructure such as Forestry, Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate.This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded infra funds lawyer to take the next step in their career and join a genuinely collegiate legal team and highly successful business.
