About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified English Teacher to join a well-respected school in Westminster from April 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to develop their career in a supportive and high-achieving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable).
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.
• Contribute to extra-curricular activities and the wider school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• A degree in English or a related subject.
• Experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A commitment to fostering a love for literature and language.
