A high-achieving Secondary School in Merton are looking to set up interviews with English Academic Mentors who can confidently support students across Years 7-11 from September.

Initially offering one-year contracts, this English Academic Mentor role will prove to be the perfect stepping stone for aspiring English Teachers. It is also ideal for an English Graduate who is looking for a positive way to utilise their subject knowledge and give back and positively impact their local community.

English Graduates who are passionate about education and hold a 2:1 or higher degree in English Language, English Literature or Creative Writing from a top UK University are encouraged to apply.

Supporting Years 7-11 within English lessons
Leading 1:1 tutoring sessions
