Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Academic Mentor? Are you interested in a career as an English Teacher, and venturing into the world of education?
If so, we are looking for a confident English Academic Mentor to join a successful, high-achieving school as an English Support Assistant for students in the secondary school and sixth form of an Outstanding all-through school.
As an English Academic Mentor, you will support gifted and low-achieving students with their learning; leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement.

Teach GCSE and A-Level students English Academic Mentors should be competent in supporting English Language and English Literature

English Academic Mentor | About you:
You must have a First-Class degree in English from a top-20 University
Passionate about mentoring students with SEND
Has Child-Facing Experience / Experience with Behaviour Management

Has a good work ethic and subject knowledge
Can confidently teach English Language and Literature up to A-Level.
