Vanta Staffing is a local Recruitment Consultancy for logistics, industrial & commercial staffing solutions are now looking to strengthen their warm Driving desk with an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

As an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will;

• Providing temporary and permanent HGV & VAN driving staffing solutions to businesses throughout the Berks, Bucks, Hampshire and Surrey areas 
• Maximise on sales & profitability by account penetration & new acquisitions
• Providing a consultative approach providing advice and market trends on the logistics industry highlighting
• Able to identify new areas of opportunity conducting feasibility studies to ensure profitability  
• Understanding of the driving labour market and able to devise campaigns to uncover new talent
• Work within the current employment laws and driving employment compliances
• Hours of work, flexibility to suit, core business hours Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm & 8am – 5pm. Typical starts, 7am to 4pm

The successful experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant will enjoy;

Required experience, characteristics & DNA of the successful Driving Consultant;

• At least 1 years’ proven experience successfully covering a driving desk
• Successful proven background selling a service, B2B
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally,
• Reliable & conscientious
• Courteous, polite & professional
