VNA DRIVER REQUIRED - Immediate Start
We are recruiting for various VNA Operative Roles to join our team in Magna Central Park, Lutterworth (LE17 4XR). You will be working as part of a busy and committed team, servicing our client The Entertainer, the U.K.'s Largest Independent Toy Retailer with over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
As a VNA driver, you will need to have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Able to follow instructions
- Numerical and focused on accuracy
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Good awareness of Health & Safety
- A VNA Licence is required
Details:
- Salary: £13.50
- Overtime - £ 18.00
- Working Hours :
- Day shift: 06:00 - 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:30
- Night shift: 22:00 - 06:30
- Location: Vulcan Point, Vulcan Way, Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17 4XR
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a VNA Driver:
- Operating a VNA truck to load and unload goods
- Loading/unloading stock on the warehouse racking
- Moving stock around the warehouse to make space for new products arriving
- Operating VNA trucks loading/off-loading smaller stock items
- Working as a team to meet targets in all areas of the warehouse
- Handling and storing materials safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing orders according to company standards
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
- To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated
