We are currently looking for a Divisional Finance Analyst to join the finance team at our Head Office in Lutterworth.
The role would suit an ambitious and professional qualified accountant looking to increase their experience across a broad range of accounting disciplines including financial planning, management control, financial analysis, treasury and reporting.
This is a key central role within the organisation which interfaces with the Loxam group finance team in France, Business Unit finance teams in each country, the Divisional Executive Team and other senior management.  This role offers the experience of working in a group divisional role with exposure to senior management and the opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities include:
Planning, review and reporting of the annual budget process, ensuring all group deliverables are achieved to timetable, including cashflow budget
Ownership of all monthly, quarterly and year end reporting deliverables for the Division to Loxam Group
Review of monthly BU performance and preparation of commentary
Assistance in the preparation of the Finance Director report for the Division
Monthly review of BU cashflow reports and submission to Loxam Treasury to timetable each month with commentary
Management of Patent and Trademark registrations
Support with Company Secretarial responsibilities (arranging annual Board Meeting of Lavendon Group and production of Board Minutes etc)
Supporting the BU’s with technical and group policy guidance
Involvement in depot audits
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Post qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
IT literate, with strong Excel skills.  Experience of using Cognos TM1 would be advantageous.
Methodical and logical in approach and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
Experience in IFRS would be beneficial
Experience of working in a multi-currency business
Good communications skills and able to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines
Professional and energetic individual, keen to learn new tasks, take ownership and drive improvements in processes and reporting
French speaking would be beneficial, but not essential
