Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning it with organizational goals.
Oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and data privacy laws.
Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures and data integrity protocols.
Lead the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems.
Manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including remote working solutions.
Provide IT thought leadership, driving improvements in business processes and performance.
Oversee IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Facilitate staff training on IT systems to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience:
A minimum of seven years in IT operations, with at least four years in a management role within a biotech, life sciences, or regulated healthcare environment.
Strong strategic and hands-on experience in IT leadership, including the development and implementation of IT strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of executing complex IT projects successfully.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, network administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
