We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our client, a Cyber focussed start up, on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in Cyber Security. Alongside a starting salary of between £50k- £70k, they have some excellent benefits including unlimited annual leave and equity in the business. For this role you MUST be resident and eligible to work in the UK, unsupported by a visa.

You will craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid digital campaigns to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Utilize marketing automation tools, data analysis, and account-based marketing (ABM) to effectively target decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
• Ensure marketing strategies resonate with key stakeholders in B2B and enterprise environments.

Desired Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and demonstrate:
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with key cybersecurity concepts, industry trends, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• B2B Sales Cycle Expertise: Understanding of long, complex B2B buying cycles and how to engage decision-makers at various stages.
• SEO & SEM Skills: Proven ability to improve organic traffic and paid campaign outcomes.
• Content Marketing: Experience creating or managing technical content that resonates with cybersecurity professionals (e.g., white papers, blog posts).
• Marketing Automation: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for nurturing leads and managing email campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Strong grasp of inbound and outbound marketing tactics for attracting and converting high-quality leads.
