We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Demand Generation expert to help us accelerate growth by promoting awareness and driving the adoption of open banking.You will develop and execute highly targeted, multi-touchpoint campaigns that drive demand to meet the business's growth objectives, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline growth by engaging our key audiences of prospects, partners, and customers.You’re a superstar at creating and producing compelling ‘always on’ campaigns that drive demand, bringing our ideal customer profile in-market and delighting and engaging through the buying journey.Who are YapilyWe’re a young company and we’re growing fast. So whichever discipline you choose, whether that’s Engineering, Product, Commercial or Operations, we hire people who want to make a difference and can roll up their sleeves to get the job done from many different backgrounds. Develop and execute focused integrated campaigns across paid and organic, incorporating content, webinars, social media, and email campaigns. Coordinate creative demand generation campaigns across paid social media, with a focus on LinkedIn, including retargeting across multiple channels, showing ROI on spend. Create compelling email campaigns that share value through promoting content from reports to guides to webinars, to drive engagement and conversions (HTML/CSS are a plus for working with Pardot). Optimise the website journey to drive engagement and conversions. Spearhead the production of engaging video content, from how-to’s to social proof, to drive engagement with our ideal customer profile. Continuous collaboration with key stakeholders, and customer/competitor research to help better understand our ideal customers and develop effective and engaging messaging for campaigning. Ensure high-quality, compelling, consistent messaging and brand design across channels. Partner with the SDR and Sales teams, as an integrated demand generation function, to ensure a coordinated ABM approach and smooth execution of campaigns, results, and follow-up. Be an advocate for social selling and help the team build their profile’s online. Strong project management skills, including coordinating and managing campaign plans to time and budget, reporting on performance and contribution of spend and marketing initiatives. Required Skills/Experience: Fintech, payments, or finance sector experience is desirable (but not essential). Evidence of devising and executing paid social ad campaigns (Linkedin), including retargeting, that create demand and show positive ROI. Proven experience in developing and executing successful full-funnel B2B campaigns. Excellent ad development skills, including writing skills/copywriting, messaging development and design. Production of engaging video content, either for themselves or experience working together with and directing a video editor.
Ability to self-serve in some elements of campaign production to enable rapid creation of campaign assets (for example: design: Canva, Figma and short video production). Growth-focused mindset using high-impact, low-cost solutions beyond traditional B2B marketing methods. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot), social media advertising and scheduling tools, and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics etc). Creative thinker and self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, who excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
