About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Delivery Consultant to join our team in Loughton, Essex. In this fully office-based role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing client portfolios to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment: Evaluate individual and corporate clients' insurance requirements to recommend appropriate coverage plans.
• Policy Management: Oversee the processing and administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and ensuring timely resolution.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and develop comprehensive insurance solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance recruitment or a related field essential.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and spreadsheets for data analysis.
