Do you have data import and administrative experience? Would you like to work with a leading healthcare company at their head office in the Liverpool city centre?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at client`s head office, you will be joining an award winning company on an initial 6 month probation, you will be expected to import corporate policy amendments onto a database, handle queries and utilise the company portal.

A salary of £21,074 per annum (6 month probation)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Working hours of (Apply online only), Mon-Fri. 35.75 hours per week

Day to day duties will include:
Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email.
Make changes to existing accounts, import new policies, leavers and amendments electronically
Liaise with company contacts/brokers to resolve queries
Maintain the quality of the main database and ensure it is kept up to date
Handle inbound emails/calls regarding membership data and process
Provide reports and spreadsheets
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Ideally 1-2 years in a customer service and administrative focused role.
Strong background working with Excel
Comfortable liaising with clients or customers across a wide range of communication (telephone, live chat and e-mails).
