Customer Success Manager Sheffield Office 1x a week£25-28k base + bonusThe UK's largest provider of back office, compliance, and workforce solutions across Primary Care and Dental Groups is looking for a forward-thinking and proactive Customer Success Manager. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective onboarding, regular reviews and training to maximise customer engagement and retention.You will be responsible for:Holding regular reviews by phone and email to support our existing members to maximise customer engagement and drive successCarry out on-going training and follow up sessions of our dental products from managing own client accountsTo deal with general success calls on the helpline by providing exceptional customer service, making sure response times to cases are dealt with against agreed targetsManage priority lists by establishing customer needsDrive referrals to increase business growthManage and deal with own cancellations, with the ability to overcome objections and provide effective solutionsAssist with onboarding practices, to arrange, book and carry out setups on all cross products, making sure to maximise product adoptionTo assist and present on our lunchtime webinarsTo provide continual feedback from customers for on-going development of the softwareManage renewals on all cross productsEssentialMinimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Customer Success roleExperience in Customer RetentionExperience in Software Support EnvironmentExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and overcome objectionsWillingness to learn and take on various activities and seek new initiativesMust work well within a small team.Able to work on their own initiative (after training)Great benefits on offer apply now to discuss!!
