Role overview:
The Customer Success Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through their journey from onboarding, to becoming active successful users. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the advisor will focus on identifying practices that would benefit from support and providing remote and in-person interventions, training, and guidance.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Maximise usage and reduce the risk of churn for clients
Ensure continuous support and build strong connections with the vet practice teams
Oversee the training and customer success element alongside the Customer Success Manager
Ensure clients are utilising all features of the software
Feedback to the product team on pain points for clients or ideas for improvements
