We require a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in the heart of Leeds City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers across phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with product orders, technical inquiries, and training course details
- Ensure every customer interaction is a 5-star experience
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in customer service (tech experience is a plus!)
- A proactive and friendly manner when dealing with customer inquiries
