Looking for a Customer Service representative to join a great lifestyle business based in London (Shoreditch) HYBRID SETUPcompetitive salary + generous profit share bonusthe role:To provide assistance to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Team by placing orders, invoicing clients, responding to emails, answering phone calls, resolving issues and assisting Sales Managers.Assisting your fellow Customer Service Advisors with queries and issues for customers whilst also placing orders over the phone.Dealing with e-mail responses from three inboxes, one for our clients and the other for our customers/consumers – all within our strict 24hr response rate.Packing and fulfilling the orders we place to send out in the post.JOB CONTEXT The Customer Service Advisor contributes to the reaching of sales targets by placing all Client orders within 24 hours. When appropriate, the role requires strict adherence to the rules governing the confidential handling of credit card details.The Customer Service Advisor works closely with the Sales Team and the Partnerships Team to achieve service standards, sales targets and continual customer feedback on the user experience. No supervisory responsibilities.Answering Client calls and emails.To ensure excellent service levels that contribute to the company’s sales targetsTo ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and efficient maintenance of accounts.Suggested Performance MeasurePersonal performance records and reports3 Fulfilment of orders To send outKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and positive manner when speaking to Clients, Customers and Partners on the phoneExcellent accuracy and attention to detailFlexible attitude to customers and to ad hoc duties required by the department Ability to work as part of a teamAbility to work in a pressurised and fast paced environmentSounds like you ?
