An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business as a Permanent Customer Service Representative for our client in Thurrock.
Working within the Customer Services and Sales Team you will be responsible for:
Delivering Exemplary customer service
Giving product advice
Responding to customer issues
Cash handling
Keeping abreast of new product detailsThe ideal candidate will be:
passionate to help and support the customers
Have previous Customer experience within a sales/service environment
Have a desire to learn new skills
Be resourceful
Computer Literate
Able to work under pressureThe position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
