You will be the first point of contact for clients looking for advice on any issues that may arise.
Answering calls and resolving queries as quickly as possible
Monitoring incoming mail in inbox
Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer journey is the best it can be

Must have customer service experience - preferably business to business
Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages - particularly excel
