We have a new opportunity available for a temporary Customer Service person to work for a well-known company based in Dartford.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
To be the main point of contact for any customer inquiries
Provide high quality customer service and ensure the company image is maintained at all times through courteous/respectful communication/follow up
Effective prioritisation of requirements and print up
Arrange on-time delivery of customer notesThe successful candidate will have good communication skills and be computer literate. You will be working in a fast paced environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm.
