Role: Customer Service Centre – Coordinator
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum (OTE £28000 - £29000).
Hours: Mon – Fri, 45 hours. (plus 1 in 5 on call weekends).

Our client is a leading commercial drainage company in the UK, seeking an organised Coordinator to support the help desk and liaising with our engineers as part of our Rapid Response team.
In return the client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 p/a plus on call bonuses with OTE £28000-£29000 per annum.
Key responsibilities:
The on call rota is 1 in every 5 weekends after successful training but a bonus is on offer for this. Hours consist of 6am – 3pm Monday - Friday, so candidates must be able to commit to this.
The ideal Coordinator will have had previous experience working in a fast-paced helpdesk environment, a confident telephone manner and ideally worked with scheduling engineers.
