Main purpose:
To deliver a quality, efficient and consistent service to customers and consumers on inbound and outbound calls as well as email, demonstrating ability to work to targets and demonstrating behaviours that uphold and reflect our values.
Key responsibilities
Managing and resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently delivering a quality service on inbound, outbound calls as well as email
Demonstrate strong decision making skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues and use initiative resolve queries
Ability to work to targets and both quantity and quality measures, acting in a way that reflects our company values
To be open to coaching, training and development, proactive towards own self development and learning
To be self motivated, positive and able to develop good working relationshipsSkills & abilities
Passionate about delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written and strong listening skills
