A growing client of ours on the outskirts of Chelmsford area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Paying �25,000 - �26,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat and email.
- Advising customers on a range of storage solutions for home and business
- Processing orders over the phone
- Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints
- General administrative tasks.
- Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experienced in complaint handling
- Computer literate
- Experience in using a live chat system desirable but not essential
- Previous call centre and customer service experience
- Full UK Drivers license and own transport is essential due to the remote location.
