I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for my manufacturing client based in Telford.

36 hrs per week

31 days holiday inc. bank holidays

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure that your customer is kept updated throughout

• Liaise with other departments.
• Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly.
• Resolve questions, queries and problems presented internally and externally.

Skills and experience:-

• Confident communicator
• Previous customer services experience in a fast-paced environment
• Competent IT user, SAP would be an advantage
• A team player who can also work using own initiative
