Customer Service Advisor - Littlehampton - � 22,500.00 Permanent
Hours Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00 (30 minutes lunch)
No Weekends!
We are recruiting for a fantastic company based in Littlehampton going through a great period of growth.

These are permanent, office-based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be:
* Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls
* Handling general order queries and creating orders
* Investigating any delays or delivery issues
* Updating CRM systems
* Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the customer service inbox
Skill required
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Good IT skills
* Clear and friendly Telephone voice
* Ability to be understanding and relate to people in all circumstances
* Confidence with new technologies
* A problem solver
* Self-motivated but enjoys working in a close knit team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
To be considered for this role, you will need to have phone-based customer service experience of any sort and will need to have a resilient personality as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls.
