Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Outbound calls)
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £21,200 per annum with 25 days Holidays + bank holidays, Bonus, on site Parking, Gym membership, Discount on food, Pension
Working Hours: Mon - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, 10am - 6pm or 12pm - 8pm (Friday finish latest by 6pm)

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person to join their team in Hatfield, Our ideal candidate will have the ability to balance exceptional customer service and communication skills in a face-paced environment, working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team.
Interacting and communicating with customers to ensure retention targets are achieved, actively promoting the benefits and seeking ways to improve their experience.
Ensuring processes and systems are in place to record results and communicate these results on a monthly basis to your Line Manager.
Service calls to customers who have either recently left or who are due to leave to try and re-engage with them.
Contacting customers who have missed payments to re-establish payment terms.
To inform customers of different services/packages that are available to them.
Working in a team of consultants who will also be calling customers and working towards team KPI's.
Ensuring processes and systems are in place to record results and communicate these results on a monthly basis to your Line Manager.Skills

Good written communication skills
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
