£22,500 per annum plus bonuses in addition

Office hours – 3 days in the office 2 working from home
An absolutely fantastic opportunity has arisen at state of the art, growing company. Due to continued expansion they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly, professional team.
Working in this pivotal role as a Customer Service Advisor - some key tasks will include –
* Account Management of existing customers through telephone calls and e-mails
* Building relationships and helping customers to resolve problems
* Advising of best products suited and offering a solution
* Record keeping and writing reports
* Flow of communication between departments
* Setting relevant training up
* Reviewing reports
* Other customer service duties as required
This is a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for somebody with previous customer service / account management experience. Ideally from a B2B environment on the phones.
