This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multilingual Customer Experience Exec (NL) who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
The Customer Experience Exec will provide an exceptional customer experience by promptly dealing with any telephone calls, emails or messages (from new or existing customers in Holland, working from the office, home or hybrid excellent product training, support and progression.
The Role
To deliver an exceptional pre and post sales customer experience, by promptly responding to and resolving any calls, messages or emails in a professional, courteous, and helpful way.
