**Full-Time | Monday - Sunday**
**Hourly Rate: Up to �11.90**

**Temporary Position: 3 Months**
**Based in Kilmarnock**

I am seeking several Customer Service Advisors for an exciting company during their peak season!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responding to emails in a shared inbox
- Engaging with customers via live chat
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries
- Resolving various issues and questions
- Following up on orders and processing refunds

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong background in customer service
