As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their mobile phone management. Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and emails, providing excellent service and resolving any issues
  • Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks on devices
  • Purchase stock as needed
  • Generate customer-specific reports using Excel
  • Process mobile network bills and assist with problem-solving
  • Provide quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades
  • Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house database
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  • Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
