Position: Customer Service Administrator (Permanent Position)
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £21,600 per annum with 25 days Holidays + bank holidays, Bonus, on site Parking, Gym membership, Discount on food, Pension
Working Hours: Mon - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, 10am - 6pm or 12pm - 8pm (Friday finish latest by 6pm) (37.5 hours per week)
The Role:
You will be maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customers database and supporting our staff and customers with administration queries.
Sending out communication mailshots and refunds to migration, reconciliation, and Direct Debit runs.
Assist in membership administration including database management
Ensure that all customer information is kept up to date, including accurate personal details and bank details.
Producing reports and carrying out monthly membership system audits to produce mailings
Promote brand positively at all times.The Ideal Candidate
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
