My client, a fast-growing #DataTech & #MarTech consultancy business is currently seeking a client-facing, strategic and data-driven CRM professional to join their expanding Strategic Services Team, based in Central London (*flex working)
Joining a global consulting team - the Consultant, Strategic Services will lead, consult, and direct #audience and data, CRM and automation strategies across a portfolio of FMCG clients.
Key duties;
Consulting and supporting key FMCG clients on 1st party audiences’ activation, segmentation across multiple digital marketing channels.
Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement custom measurement frameworks for performance and ROI Tracking.
Conducting training, and delivering presentations.
Work with Internal stakeholders to design and implement customer orchestration journeys.
In addition, you will be expected to negotiate renewal contracts, upsell and cross-sell across a suite of #AdTech and #MarTech products and services.
About you;
Minimum of 2 years working within either CRM/ MarTech, CDP/ DMP or marketing automation role in a client-facing role.
You are highly client-facing and have a strong understanding of the role that data plays across Paid, Owned and Earned digital marketing channels.
Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem
Experience building and selecting audiences in a DMP/CDP tech is highly beneficial.
Up to £60k base + benefits.
